New Sidekick LX 2009: Classic QWERTY Keyboard

One of the young former objects of desire by the U.S., the Sidekick returns this year with a design rather “classic“. The new version is expected to launch in April, is lighter than all the past editions, with its classic QWERTY keyboard.
It will have a larger screen, 3.2 inches with a resolution of 854 × 480 pixels, with 3G and the possibility of coming to Europe under the arm of T-Mobile.
Maybe it’s time to stop this kind of device, the total lack of 3G aside from the remarkable developments make it a heavy and old gadget. At a time when there are dozens of device or full QWERTY keyboards that really give a thousand rounds and are a set price, the Sidekick deserve little attention.

although it doesn’t actually look like that, its rumoured maybe april/may? well. thats the date people have agreed most likely (for america), we aussies on the other hand, will most likely have to wait, and wait, and wait. again. *sigh*

i really want danger to make the sidekick cpmpete with the likes of the g1 and the iphone. they have the resources to do it. where are the developers?? where are all the really cool hardware additions that made it a great phone in the past?? danger made a bad call when they put that crapy 1.3mp camera from the sk2 and 3 back on the lx.

This looks like a mixture of the sidekick ID and the sidekick 2008.
how many mega pixels does the camera exacally have?
im a camera freak and i like to have a phone with good resolution, most-all, sidekicks have a 1.3mp camera, if it has improved i am so getting this phone.

For the camera it was rumored on a website that its 3.2 megapixels, which is a lot better than the crappy 1.3 megapixels, of course.
Also, its rumored that you can do mobile video uploads on myspace, and photobucket. And their adding the social network device facebook. Youtube will also be on there, which probally means we FINALLY get to watch youtube videos. Another rumor is, that its comming in orchid which sucks because even though i am a girl, i don’t want to be walking around with a pink-ish phone, it makes it look cheap.
