New Super Talent SSD: up to 256GB

Super Talent, a brand of SSD memory of which we have already spoken once, updating their range of reports. Their latest releases have been reports of 64GB SSD and 128GB, now reaches that brand the memories of the series with 256GB UltraDrive ME and UltraDrive LE. Arrive at a 2.5 inches, laptop or external hard drives, with SATA II interface.

The memories of the series UltraDrive ME reach the 200mbps for read and 160mbps for write. For UltraDrive LE has 230mbps in reading and 170mbps in writing. The SSD has feature to protect against malfunction with wear leveling and bad block management, it’s integrate edge error correction (ECC). The UltraDrive ME has capacities between 32GB and 256GB, that’s prices ranging from $130 to $645. For The UltraDrive LE have available 32GB and 128GB.
