Nokia 2220 slide, Nokia 2690, and Nokia Life Tools in Indonesia

Nokia introduced in Indonesia offers a line of mobile phones: Nokia 2220 slide and Nokia 2690. The Nokia 2220 slide is already more complex device and it stands about two times more expensive: 45 EUR. It is easy to guess from the name, it is a slider phone. This Nokia 2220 slide phone supports GPRS, MMS, Bluetooth interface and Ovi Mail service. In addition, it has a VGA camera and phonebook for 1000 contacts. Nokia 2220 slide will go on sale later this year.
New Nokia 2690 is costs at 54 EUR. It will be released in the first quarter of next year. This is the budget music phone with FM radio, MP3 player and a slot for memory card with up to 2GB. Also, this Nokia 2690 has a 3.5 mm jack for headphones. Other features, it is including Bluetooth and a VGA camera, similar to the Nokia 2220 slide. New Nokia 2690 can work without charge within 14 days of standby mode. In addition, in early December in Indonesia will be launched Nokia Life Tools Service, which support all the new phones. This service has already successfully operating in India, said Nokia. Nokia Life Tools is vital information that is sent to phone users. In particular, it is true in small towns and villages far from the central regions. Its service provides news, weather information, education and entertainment information and so forth, and all that is in a simple way, SMS, suitable for virtually any, even the most basic mobile phones.
