Nokia has just launched its newest Symbian touchscreen smartphone in India, the Nokia C6-01. The handset is a mid-range phone that brings a 360 x 640 pixels ClearBlack display and an 8 megapixel camera with 720p video recording.

Nokia C6-01 smartphone is offered in Indian market for price of 18,229 INR (about $400 or €294). The C6-01 smartphone has also Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, USB On-The-Go, and Ovi Maps with free navigation.

In the moment, Nokia C6-01 has also received PR 1.1 firmware update that has around 7MB download size. The software updates will various changes including an improved web browser, music player, email client, and some tweaks miscellaneous issues.
