Nokia N97, high performance?
Nokia announced the specification of its N97 smartphone, which it is positioned as the new flagship N-series, it turned out that its most important components are not distinguished by the highest productivity. Although it would be quite natural for the best “mobile computer”, how it moves Nokia. It was expected that the processor, graphics and memory will be at least at the level of competing models. In fact, Nokia N97 is based on a 434 MHz ARM11 processor, it is even lower than, for example from Nokia XpressMusic 5630, which is equipped with a processor with a clock speed of 600 MHz. The amount of RAM Nokia N97 is 128 MB.
Recall Nokia N97 was announced late last year, its sales should start as soon as possible. This model is the second product of the company based on the platform Nokia S60 5th Edition, it is equipped with 3.5-inch touch screen and sliding QWERTY keyboard. Among the features of a smartphone is 32 GB internal memory slot, microSD, 5 MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens, wireless modules and GPS receiver. On YouTube, you can watch the video with the Nokia N97 in action, we cannot say that its interface is extremely slow when switching between applications, but it is not showing the speed, which is typical for a number of competing devices, and even some models of Nokia.
