NTT DoCoMo has just announced the availability of new Samsung smartphone in Japan. It is called the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE (SC-03D) and will release in November or December 2011. This handset is basically the Samsung’s upgraded Galaxy S II with LTE capabilities.

Samsung Galaxy S II LTE SC-03D Specifications

Reportedly, the Galaxy S II LTE (SC-03D) smartphone is support for DOCOMO’s Xi LTE service.

It is sports a 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8060 dual-core processor. New Samsung SC-03D is packs a 4.5-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED Plus display with WVGA (800 x 480) resolution, a rear-facing 8MP camera, a front-facing 2 megapixel camera, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a microSD card support.

Dimensions of Samsung Galaxy S II LTE SC-03D are 130 x 69 x 9.5 mm and weighs 130g.
