OCZ Technology has recently introduced new 2.5-inch solid state drives (SSD) series, namely OCZ Deneva. It is designed for corporate/business use. The OCZ Deneva SSDs series are available in 50GB to 400GB of capacities.

New OCZ SSDs are coming in four models: OCZ Deneva MLC, OCZ Deneva Reliability MLC, OCZ Deneva Reliability SLC, and OCZ Deneva Reliability eMLC. The last three models of drives use the SuperCap technology, which is allowing complete the write operation in case of loss power.

The first two families of drives using MLC NAND flash memory technology. They have 2,000,000 hours of MTBF and 10,000,000 hours of MTBF, respectively. The OCZ Deneva Reliability SLC is used SLC technology, and OCZ Deneva Reliability eMLC is MLC technology. Both OCZ SSDs have 10,000,000 hours of MTBF.

All of them are sports SandForce SF-1500 controller, transfer rate of 285 MB/s reading and 275 MB/s writing, up to 50,000 I/O operations per second (IOPS) in 4KB random data.
