OCZ launches Neutrino DIY Netbook

After making its appearance at CeBIT, the first of netbook from OCZ, nicknamed Neutrino, it has now been formally submitted. Even under the name DIY (Do-It-Yourself), OCZ is offering this Neutrino 10-inch 1024×600 LED-backlit display with several customization options, including up to 2 GB DDR-667 RAM, 30 GB to 250 GB SSD or a hard disk with a capacity of up to 250 GB, a 4 card reader en1 (which is pretty standard in all netbooks) and more. Neutrino by default comes with an Intel’s Atom N270 processor at 1.6GHz, integrated 945GSE Graphics, a 1.3 megapixel camera, WiFi, Ethernet and a 4 cell battery.

“There are many consumers who want a blend of essential functions, an ultra compact form factor and our new technology based Neutrino Intel Atom has it all, it is allowed to design and configure their own solution tailored to the specific needs of users” commented Alex Mei, CMO of OCZ Technology Group. Neutrino provides a one year warranty.
