OCZ Technology has announced their 32GB solid state drive (SSD) of Onyx family, which is made in the 2.5-inch form factor.
New OCZ Onyx SSD is created based on an ultra-affordable MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory technology and supports TRIM feature in Windows 7, which is improve life time of SSD and optimize its performance.
OCZ Onyx 32GB SSD has speed reading of 125 MB/s, write speed of 70 MB/s and 64MB cache size.
The OCZ Onyx Series SSD is connect to computers via SATA II interface and used Amigos controller that manufactured by South Korean company, Indilinx. The cost of new OCZ Onyx 32GB SSD is $99.
