The OLPC XO 3.0 tablet has feature an 8-inch touchscreen Pixel Qi display (or conventional LCD) with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
Heart of XO 3.0 tablet is an 800MHz / 1GHz Marvell Armada PXA618 processor, 512MB of RAM, and 4GB of flash storage. Other feature is Wi-Fi, USB port, a 1500 mAh (or 1800 mAh) battery and runs Linux or Android OS.
OLPC is planning to bring the XO 3.0 with a solar panel for re-charge battery.
