Olympus introduced a new rugged compact camera series, it is Stylus Tough 6010 (µ TOUGH-6010 in Europe). This camera is suitable for any condition, enjoying at beach that don’t worry about dust or water.
Olympus Stylus Tough 6010 has brings a 12MP compact with wide angle lens and 3.6x wide optical zoom (28-102mm), it makes great to take photos or close-ups of distant subjects.
Stylus Tough 6010 or µ TOUGH-6010 will bear the following conditions without disheveled: waterproof up to 3 meters, shockproof up to 1.5 meters and freeze proof up to -10º C.
Olympus µ TOUGH-6010 also has 2.7-inch LCD with Tap Control, Dual Image Stabilization (mechanical and digital), recognition of faces (up to 16 in a single shot), in addition to the Magic Filters function to give effect to your snapshots.
This compact camera comes with 45MB storage, but you can uses memory cards as xD-Picture Card and microSD. Its dimension is 95 x 63 x 22 mm and weight is 149g (no batt).
Olympus Stylus Tough 6010 will be on sale in July with a price of 299.99 pounds (about € 347).
