OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 tablet with microphone [MWC 2010]
OpenPeak has presented at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona (Spain) their new tablet device, the OpenPeak OpenTablet 7.
New OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 is an ultra-sleek, touchscreen, portable tablet that combines high-quality telephony with advanced multimedia communications services and applications. It is based on Intel chips for MID next-generation devices, codenamed Moorestown. It is composed of 45nm Atom processor, graphics controller, video decoding, memory controller, and provides support for various I/O interfaces.
OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 tablet is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display with LED backlight (resolution not specified) and multitouch support. The OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 tablet comes with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, a microSD card slot, HDMI digital interface, an USB port, built-in speaker, microphone and microphone allow the device to serve as a fully functioning telephone and multimedia platform.
Another feature of new OpenPeak OpenTablet 7 tablet is built-in dual cameras to record high quality video and still pictures. Dimensions of OpenTablet 7 are 225x125x15 mm and weight is approximately 520g. It will appear in the H2 2010.
