Video projectors are becoming smaller and smaller. Proof of this is the latest device, called Optoma PK102 Pico Projector. The name of Pico is here completely justified, because the projector is located without a problem on hand. Optoma PK102 Pico Projector is PK101 successor model.
This Optoma projector is based on DLP technology and it is able to display an image diagonal of 60 inches with a native resolution of 480×320 and 800×600 pixels through VGA adapter. Optoma PK102 Pico Projector has 3:2 native aspect ratio with 2000:1 contrast ratio.
The LED light projector should operate for at least 20,000 hours. Optoma PK102 Pico Projector supports formats such as DivX and MJPEG, MPEG2/4, RM/RMVB, WMV, and DivX, and image files JPEG and BMP. Optoma PK102 has dimensions 51x105x17 mm and weighs 118g. It has 4GB of internal memory for multimedia. It will cost about $250.
