Ostendo has starting sale their super wide monitor, Ostendo CRVD, it is equipped with super-wide format (32:10) curved screen with a diagonal of 43-inch and a resolution of 2880×900 pixel.

Ostendo CRVD was demonstrated at CES 2008 under the brand Alienware, but on the Macworld conference in 2009 it is with an NEC label.
According to manufacture, Ostendo CRVD is covers 100% of sRGB color space and 99.3% of Adobe RGB. Ostendo CRVD display has 200 cd/m2 brightness, 2ms response time, and contrast levels as high as 10000:1.

Ostendo CRVD monster 2880×900 quad-DLP display is use DVI and HDMI 1.3 connectivity. In addition, the Ostendo CRVD monitor is equipped with USB 2.0 interface. Dimensions of Ostendo CRVD display are 530x1055x386 mm and weight with stand is almost 21kg.

At present, the Ostendo CRVD monitor is used a military for work on the simulators. Another instance Ostendo CRVD curved super-wide display is Prince of Dubai. Retail price of the Ostendo CRVD super-wide monitor is $6,499.
