Ouya Android-based game console at US retailer

Already listed in a Kickstarter funding campaign, a number of national retailers in the US are currently taking pre-order for Ouya units, the Android-based game console. Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, and Target are set price tag $99.99 for this device. New Android console should be arriving starting March, if you have been support development of Ouya through Kickstarter. In retail sector, Ouya game console would be shipping on April 2013.

Spec-wise, Ouya boasts a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. This gaming console has HDMI output, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and Ethernet LAN. Its USB 2.0 port is enabling to developers easily to run commands right from desktop PC.

So, users playing free and paid Android games to the big screen in the living room.
