Packard Bell DOT M and DOT S, New Netbooks Looks Acer

Packard Bell, which is owned by Acer, manufactures notebook computers under its own brand in the European market. Two of its new model is DOT M and DOT S. That’s based on a 10.1 inch Acer Aspire One D250 and the Aspire One with an 11.6-inch display, respectively. The main characteristics of these models are the same as the unique Acer. Both are equipped with wireless adapters, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G, touchpad to support multi-touch, web-camera, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive and card reader 5-in-1. Packard Bell DOT S is based on Intel Atom Z520 processor with a clock speed of 1.33 GHz and the operating system Windows XP. About DOT M is known only that it is equipped with 11.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

At the same time, the appearance Packard Bell DOT M and DOT S netbook, it’s distinct from the basic models. The body is somewhat different, as he passes the end of silver strip and the surface is covered with palms to the texture. 10.1-inch Packard Bell DOT S appears to have already sold this week at a price of 299 euros. Packard Bell DOT M will be released by the end of the month, the cost of 399 euros.
