Packard Bell has introduced its fashionable style netbook, Packard Bell dot m/u. According to manufacture, it is the first netbook with the performance of a notebook. This Packard Bell dot m/u is basically similar the European version, such as Aspire 1410/Acer Timeline 1810T/Gateway EC1803h.

Packard Bell dot m/u netbook is equipped a 11.6-inch TFT LCD display (16:9 ratio) with resolution 1366×768 pixel, an Intel CULV processor, an Intel GMA 4500M HD GPU, up to 500GB HDD, and up to 4GB RAM. It also has brings a 5-in-1 card reader, a VGA webcam, a HDMI port, and WiFi support. Its battery-life provides 8 hours for a full day of work or play with 6-cell Li-ion battery. It also easy to carry with weight just 1.40kg.

It is pre-installed with Windows Vista but it will have Windows 7 starting from 22 October. The Packard Bell dot m/u will be available in Cherry Red and NightSky Black colors. Packard Bell dot m/u netbook has priced at €399 and it will be debuts on market end of August 2009.
