Palm Eos ‘Castle’: New slim phone webOS based

EngadgetMobile reported that Palm is preparing to release a new communicator phone that is running the operating system webOS. The device is called the Palm Eos (code-named Castle). It seems that this is heir to the mass model of Palm Centro. Palm Eos, as Palm Centro, is a candybar form with a touch screen and QWERTY keyboard and a little bit like the predecessor design. Palm Eos works in networks GSM (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and 3G/HSDPA (850/1900 MHz bands AT&T and Rogers operators). The model is in a thin shell just 10.6 mm thick. Presumably, the value of Palm Eos is $ 349 without the operator’s discounts. It’s difficult to say how reliable the information provided, although rumors of such a novelty at the webOS appeared before.
