Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX78 Compact Camera
Beside Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS3 (FT3 in Europe) rugged camera, Panasonic has also added its 12 megapixels digital camera lineup with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX78.
The new ultra-compact camera is sports an F2.5-5.9 5x zoom lens (24-120mm in 35mm format), 5x optical zoom, video recording in Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and support for Panasonic 3D Photo mode.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX78 camera has brings a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD display with touch-zoom, OIS (optical image stabilization), AF tracking, shutter and playback capabilities, SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot, 70MB of internal memory, MicroHDMI, USB 2.0 port, and A/V jack (NTSC / PAL).
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX78 digital camera packs 8-1/4000s shutter speed, ISO 100-1600, and continuous shooting mode at 3.7 fps in full HD resolution. Dimensions of Lumix DMC-FX78 camera are 100 x 55 x 21 mm and weights 140 grams.
There is no word on pricing but will be appears in March 2011.
