Panasonic SDHC cards boast Class 10 speed rating

Panasonic announces new SDHC memory card with support for Class 10 speed rating. This is a new standard for data transfer rates, as approved by the SD Card Association as part of the specification for SD cards (SD Card Specification) version 3.0.
Its SDHC cards GOLD series became the first memory card that supports a new class speed. Panasonic GOLD series includes four models of different size are RP-SDW04G (4 GB), RP-SDW08G (8 GB), RP-SDW16G (16 GB), and RP-SDW32G (32 GB).
The new memory card, Panasonic GOLD supporting Class 10 is realizing the data transmission rate up to 22 Mbps. It has such carriers suitable for use with digital cameras, DSLR, and High Density video. They make it possible to quickly transfer large amounts of data, including the HD video. Panasonic SDHC memory card high speed will go on sale in Europe, and in other markets at the end of May.
