Kickstarter.com has unveiled a new smartwatch, the Pebble E-Paper Watch. New innovation is offer for users of both iPhones and Android devices. It can be customize your favorite watchfaces using Pebble’s Android or iPhone apps. The incoming alert on watch can be delivered audibly, or a silent vibration feature.
Pebble E-Paper is a black and white display based with a resolution of 144 x 168 pixels. The watch has four-button control, vibration motor and 3-axis accelerometer. In term of connectivity to iOS/Android smartphone, the Pebble E-Paper watch is using Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR connection within a radius of 6 meters.

The Pebble allows users to display various notifications (for example, number and name of the caller), read SMS (Android only), browse weather reports, calendar alerts, Twitter and Facebook messages, etc. Its battery is enabling up to seven days of continuous use.
Furthermore, there is the Pebble SDK for developers. Coming with a custom-designed 22mm rubber strap, the Pebble e-paper watch has also a textured plastic case and a shatter-resistant lens that provides an anti-reflective optical coating.
Pebble E-Paper watch will be offered in black, white and red color options, as well as expected price of $150.
