Peek Pronto: Improvements Gadget
One of those gadgets that have made the rage last year was undoubtedly the little Peek, a device that works only with email, for a reduced price and a minimum monthly fee. Now, there’s a new version, the new Peek Pronto, with some improvements announced. Includes a small keyboard, separately and more gray.
Peek Pronto offers:
* unlimited email and texting
* push email
* ability to view images/PDF/doc files
* compatibility with Microsoft Exchange
* ability to search for emails on the device
* access to up to five email accounts
* 50% improvement in speed of the software
* larger font size option
It maintains basic characteristics, one device for e-mail with a reduced price. The Peek Pronto is push mail with Exchange, with documents such as DOC files, or PDF images, up to 50% faster than the previous version and it can withstand up to 5 email accounts.
Specifications of Peek Pronto are 102(h) x 68(w) x 10.1(d) mm and weight is 109 grams. It has 2.5″ QVGA (Quarter VGA) display with 240 x 320 pixels.
The new Peek Pronto has costs $ 79.95 and monthly fee is $ 19.95. It is a shame not to enjoy one of these Peek in Europe because it is basically what every user needs to BlackBerry, push mail, and much cheaper. It’s availability exclusively at Amazon.com from March 24, 2009 until March 31, 2009.
