Pentax today has officially introduced their newest retro compact camera, called Pentax Optio I-10. It has a gyro-based image stabilizer, a 12.1 megapixel CCD sensor, a 5x optical zoom, and up to 6400 ISO sensitivity. Pentax Optio I-10 is an old-Fashion Point-and-shoot camera that has features an HD Video recording in 1280×720 resolutions.
Pentax Optio I-10 camera comes with a 2.7-inch LCD display, a 26.7MB internal memory, and expandable with SD/SDHC memory card. It has features Face Detection and a Pet Detection mode. Dimensions of Pentax Optio I-10 are 100.5x65x28 mm and weight 153g. It is available in white and black colors. Pentax Optio I-10 retro camera has price of 2600 Yen (around $289) and scheduled at the end of February 2010 will be released.
Previously, Pentax also introduced other retro compact camera, namely Pentax Optio H90.
