Philips has presented its latest portable DVD player at CES 2010, called Philips PET749. It is built-in TV tuner for receiving free-to-air TV. Philips PET749 Portable DVD Player has features a 7-inch swiveling LCD display with resolution of 800×480 pixel and 16:9 wide-screen format.
The Philips PET749 Portable DVD Player is compatible with DVD+/-R/RW, DVD, VCD, CD, and CD-R/RW media. It is capable to playback of MP3 CD and DivX video as well as JPEG images.
Philips PET749 Portable DVD Player and Portable TV have built-in rechargeable battery and provides up to 3 hours in video playback. It will be released in March 2010 and estimated price of $179.99.
