PhotoFast G-Monster Mini, world’s smallest SATA SSD

PhotoFast introduced a new G-Monster Mini SSD, which, according to the assurances of developers, it will be the smallest in the world of solid-state drive (SSD) based on NAND memory, equipped with a SATA interface.
PhotoFast G-Monster Mini SSD has a size of only 25 x 40 x 6.6 mm, and the interface supports SATA 3.0 Gbps. Despite the miniature size, speed reading and writing data up to 100 MB/s and 70 MB/s, respectively. In addition, the SSD will be available in the SLC (single-level cell) and MLC (multi-level cell) versions. In the SLC versions are offered a model with a capacity of 16GB and 32 B, while the capacity of MLC models ranging from 16GB to 64GB. PhotoFast G-Monster Mini SSD is equipped with a one year warranty and should appear on sale in July.
