Photofast as its name suggests, creates gadgets to make life simpler, beautiful and happy photographers, they announced the G-Monster SSD V4 SLC, a SSD series to be launched in mid April.

These disks come in two different versions, 64GB and 32GB and have a read speed of 270MB/s and writing 170MB/s with 64MB of internal cache. According to the company, it shall have a lifetime before failure of 1.5 million hours, so you can upload photos until almost dead. Its price is 365 euros (46,800 Yen) for the 32GB version and 660 euros (84,800 Yen) for the 64GB version.

In addition this release also announced the G-Monster SSD IDE V2 disks versions that are about 2.5 inch IDE SSD, It will available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. G-Monster SSD IDE V2 has reading speed of 100MB/s and a writing speed of 100MB/s. It also has 64MB of internal cache, and a MBTF of 2.5 million hours.

These prices are 32GB 22,800 Yen (€179), 64GB 36,800 Yen (€265), 128GB 52,800 Yen (€289), and 256GB 89,800 Yen (€699).
