Do you like play games such as Wii Sports or Wii Fit, which should be able to force a little exercise while you play? Be careful if it is true, according to sources in Britain, at least about 10 people entered the hospital per week because the game play.

Most of them had shoulder and knee injuries in time to play games and this usually happens when they make a movement that suddenly, especially in the tenis game and Wii-Fit.

Because of the large number of injuries due to Wii, this time they have been “create” a new nickname for the new injuries are Wii-itus and Wii-Knee.

Does Wii Sports dangerous? Of course not because it’s the same with the sport, surely, we must make warming (warming up) before the first start.
