Popcorn Hour A-200 Networked Media Tank for digital home
Popcorn Hour has launches the new multimedia device for the modern “digital home”, called Popcorn Hour A-200.
The compact gadget, Popcorn Hour A-200 is allowed play the components of audio and video theater, as well as view photos. It is supported formats include MPEG-1/2/4, DivX, Xvid, AVCHD, MP3, WAV, WMA, FLAC, OGG, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, etc.
The Popcorn Hour A-200 is powered by a 667MHz Sigma Designs SMP8643 CPU, 512MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory. Inside the Popcorn Hour A-200 can be installed 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch hard drive with maximum capacity of 2TB. Additionally, there is USB port for connecting external drives/USB hard drive.
The Popcorn Hour A-200 has an integrated network controller, Gigabit Ethernet, and optional Wi-Fi adapter. Popcorn Hour A-200 Networked Media Tank is capable of stream content directly from popular Internet sites, such as Bliptv, iPodcast, Flickr, Picasaweb, Videocast, CNET TV, CBS/CNN channels, etc.
Popcorn Hour A-200 Networked Media Tank also is equipped with composite, component video, S-Video, HDMI, S/PDIF, and analog/digital audio. Dimensions of Popcorn Hour A-200 Networked Media Tank are 270x150x50 mm and weight is 1.6 kg. It is bundled with remote control.
It will be available for order on January 18th with priced at $179. Wi-Fi adapter will cost an additional $20.
