RIM‘s tablet or we’ve known as the PlayBook, will be arriving in North America in the first quarter of 2011 and the whole world in the Q2 2011.

Previously reported that RIM PlayBook tablet will be available with 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB of internal memory, while the low-end version can be bought for no more than $500.

Now, it became clear that Research In Motion (RIM) will release in three capacities. Their prices are $399 for 8GB version, $499 for 16GB model, while the 32GB version will set at $599. Information about 64GB model is unknown at moment.

BlackBerry PlayBook will have features a 7-inch screen, dual cameras (3MP and 5MP resolution) and can take 1080p HD video recording, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, MicroHDMI and MicroUSB connectors, stereo speakers, and 1GB of RAM.
