Proxim ORiNOCO Wi-Fi 802.11n USB adapter, High Speed

Proxim Wireless has announced the ORiNOCO 802.11a/b/g/n USB adapter. The company says the device supports data transfer rates of up to 150 Mbps when used with AP-8000 access points and AP-800 of Proxim Wireless. Dual internal antennas allow users to move easily between the networks of 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, while Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) is supported through the 5GHz bands. The data can be protected with 64- or 128-bit WEP, WPA and WPA2/802.11i security protocols.

The Proxim ORiNOCO Wi-Fi 802.11n USB adapter has requires Windows 2000, XP or Vista. It device is now available for $ 75.
