Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 new compact network storage for home and SOHO

Qnap Systems has expanded its line of network storage, Turbo NAS TS-210. The new Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 network storage is designed for use in home and small office. New Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 is capable to install two 3.5-inch HDDs with total up to 4TB capacities. Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 network storage has provided three USB 2.0, which it can be used to expand capacity of storage with the flash drive or external hard drive.

Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 network storage uses Marvell 6281 chip with a frequency of 800MHz and 256MB memory. QNAP Turbo NAS TS-210 is supports the iSCSI protocol for storage area networks (SAN), SMART proprietary monitoring technology and analysis of the Hard Disk Drive, on/off schedule feature, and RAID 1 for high data redundancy.

Qnap has stressed that thanks to technology adjusting fan speed, Smart Fan to achieve an optimal balance between noise level and cooling performance. Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 is made in a compact package with dimensions 218×166x85 mm and weighs about 900g (without hard drive). It has compatibility with computers that running Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

Sales of Qnap Turbo NAS TS-210 network storage will begin before the end of the month. Its cost with two hard drives capacity of 2TB each will cost around 680 EUR.
