Acer has a next-generation smartphone, which claimed that combines style and power in a striking metal casing, named the Acer Liquid mt.

The handset is now available in Canada via Rogers and offered with price of $49.99 on a 3-year term, $249.99 on a 2-year contract, $349.99 with a 1-year term, and $399.99 no-contract.

Rogers Acer Liquid mt smartphone is boasts a 800MHz Qualcomm 7230 processor, up to 512MB internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), and runs Android Froyo 2.2 OS.

The Acer Liquid mt is sports a 3.6-inch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixel, 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, 3.5mm headset jack, WiFi 802.11a/g/n, GPS, and Bluetooth.
