Rover Computers recently offers a new budget netbook called the RoverBook Steel. This mini-notebook packs a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.

The RoverBook Steel netbook is built on a 640MHz RockChip 2818 processor, 256MB of RAM, 4GB flash storage, and a SD memory card slot.

RoverBook Steel from Rover is equipped with Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi, speakers, and microphone. Its dimensions are 278 x 188 x 28 mm and weight about 1.15 kg. New RoverBook Steel netbook is running on Android 2.1 OS with support for Android Market application store.

The RoverBook Steel netbook should be selling in Russia about 7,500 rubles.
