Rumors: New Averatec Netbook may use Android

According to the CEO Averatec Tae-Hyun “Tiger” Cho, the company is now developing a new 10-inch netbook to “unite the technology of mobile phones and PCs”. Thus, we can assume that the device will be based on the operating system, Android. However, the CEO Averatec is not confirmed, although not deny the Android rumors, saying that the new operating system for users netbook will come as a surprise. New product will go on sale in August or September this year.

The company already produces Averatec netbook last year. Model Averatec Buddy, in fact, was a slightly revised MSI Wind at a cost of $ 449. The new device will be fully developed by Averatec, according to Tae-Hyun Cho, bring him success. At the moment the company operates in three main market segments: the 10-inch netbook, 12-inch Ultra laptops and all-in-one PCs.
