Sagemcom Spiga MID, rebadge of UMID Mbook M1

The French company, Sagemcom is soon began selling its first MID in the European market, the Sagemcom Spiga, which is rebadge of Mbook M1, developed by the South Korean company, UMID.

The Sagemcom Spiga is based on an Intel Atom Z510 processor with a frequency of 1.1GHz, it has solid-state drive (SSD) with capacity of 8GB, a 4.8-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 1024×768 pixels, and integrated 3G HSPA.

The Sagemcom Spiga MID is equipped with 56-key keyboard, 1.3 megapixel web camera, MiniUSB 2.0 jack, a microSD slot, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Battery of Sagemcom Spiga is a 2,400 mAh.

Sagemcom Spiga is used Windows XP OS. Dimensions of Sagemcom Spiga MID are 158×94.1×18.6 mm and weight is about 315g. Sagemcom Spiga MID has retail priced at about $750 (original UMID Mbook M1 is $150 cheaper).
