We have first hear about the Xiaomi Mi Box 4K Android TV box back in May at the Google I/O. Now, there is an interesting news that the device is already showed up on Walmart before the official launch. You can found the Xiaomi Mi Box at cost $69 on this store. Initially, company has noted that this Android TV box will first go on sale in the US and followed by other global markets. However, Google and Xiaomi are expected to officially launch it at the 4th October 2016 event.
Just reminder, Xiaomi Mi Box is brings Bluetooth voice remote, which is support for voice search and commands. It has optional Mi Game Controller, which able connects to other Android devices other than the Mi Box itself.
New Mi Box has a sleek specs that running on Android TV 6.0 software. It’s enabling you access movies, shows and games from Google Play, YouTube and other apps. This Android device is allowing 4K UHD video content playback at 60 frames per second. It is also latest HDR10 standard (to be enabled from Android N on-wards) and the updated HDMI 2.0a.
