Samsung introduces new two high-density memory solutions for mobile devices. The new storage solutions are 32GB MicroSD card (micro secure digital) and 64GB moviNAND memory device.
Samsung 64GB moviNAND memory device will gives the possibility of a future smart phones to acquire a large internal storage capacity, doubling for some existing device that deliver up to 32GB. This Samsung moviNAND memory is based on 30nm technology and measures just 1.4 mm in height. Samsung moviNAND is now available in 64GB, 32GB, 16GB, 8GB and 4GB densities.
The new Samsung 32GB MicroSD card is 1mm-thick with stacks eight 32Gb NAND components and a card controller.
Samsung 64GB moviNAND memory has been in mass production since December 2009, while Samsung 32GB microSD will be expected in mass production next month.
