The flagship Android smartphone, Samsung Epic 4G will be available for sale start on August 11, 2010 via Sprint US carrier. Furthermore, some Sprint stores will open early at 8 AM on that day.

Samsung Epic 4G is side slider smartphone and is Samsung Galaxy S Pro family, which supports Sprint’s 4G (WiMAX) data network. In addition, it can work in CDMA EV-DO network.

The Samsung Epic 4G is equipped with sliding QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and recording 720p HD video format, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, and 4-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
