After in India, the Samsung Galaxy Grand is now announced by Samsung in its home market. Unlike internationally version, the Galaxy Grand for South Korea comes with an interesting specs including a 1.4GHz quad-core processor (instead of a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU on its already announced sibling) and 4G LTE support with voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) capabilities, as well as T-DMB (mobile television) standard-in-Korea feature. The Samsung Galaxy Grand is a midrange phablet that announced back in December 2012. It will be available in European market in February.
Based on specs, other features on Korean-variant of Samsung Galaxy Grand are identical to its international variant. This smartphone has a 5-inch touchscreen display with WVGA (800 x 480) resolution and low ppi. The Galaxy Grand packs a 2MP camera on the front and an 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, also capable to 1080p Full HD video recording.
As memory term, new phone brings 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot (up to 64GB) for expansion. Running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS, the Samsung Galaxy Grand phablet delivers new TouchWiz UI, Multi-Window, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0, Wi-Fi, NFC with S Beam, and a 2,100 mAh battery.
