Samsung has just launched new Android-based smartphone in South Korea, called the Samsung Galaxy K (SHW-M130K). The handset is actually the Samsung Galaxy S with tailor made for KT Korean carrier.

The Samsung Galaxy K (SHW-M130K) smartphone is runs Android 2.2 Froyo on board and boasts a 1GHz CPU. The specs of Samsung Galaxy K for KT are a quite similar to the Samsung Galaxy U.

New Samsung Galaxy K (SHW-M130K) Android smartphone has features a 3.7-inch AMOLED Plus display, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wireless tethering, Adobe Flash 10.1 support, 8GB onboard memory, and T-DMB. The Galaxy K is also provides Social Hub, access to both Android Market and KT’s Olleh market.

Samsung SHW-M130K Galaxy K phone would be available in white and black color options for priced at 800,000 won (about $716).
