The Samsung Galaxy Note mini-tablet is now available in USA via AT&T for price of $299.99 on a 2-year contract. The online retailer, Best Buy is also selling this Samsung smartphone in exactly the same price.

Coming in two color options, Samsung Galaxy Note is offers ceramic white and carbon blue. As mention, the direct competitor to Samsung Galaxy Note, the LG Optimus Vu has officially announced early today.

New Galaxy Note handset boasts a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.

The Samsung Galaxy Note phone/tablet combo has a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and S Pen technology, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 8 megapixel camera on back with LED flash and 1080p video recording@30fps, a front-facing 2MP camera, 4G LTE support, and a 2500 mAh Lithium-ion battery.

Dimensions of Galaxy Note are 146.9 x 83 x 9.7 mm and weighs 6.45 ounces.
