Running on Android 3.1 OS, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet is boasts a 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core SoC, 1GB of RAM, and a 6000mAh battery.

Samsung‘s device has an 8.9-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a rear-facing 3MP camera with 720p video recording and LED flash, and a front 2 megapixel camera.

Other features are a microSD card slot, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a digital compass, and stereo speakers. As connectivity, new Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 tablet is provides Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, and an USB 2.0 port.
