Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7-inch tablet gets Android Marshmallow Update

Good news for owners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A as company has started to roll out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to the device. Samsung released the Android Marshmallow update for the Galaxy Tab A tablet in France and available for the 9.7-inch Wi-Fi variant (SM-T550).


The Android Marshmallow update (build number T550XXU1BPE1) brings a wide range of new features to the Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. That’s including Google Now in Tap, Doze and more.

Company has rolled out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update as an over the air update via Settings > About device > Software update menu and let’s update your device.
