Samsung will launch a new gigantic 7-inch smartphone in its company’s home market, the Samsung Galaxy W (or Samsung Galaxy Mega 2). The handset has model number SM-G750 and seems successor of the oversized Samsung Galaxy Mega. According to source, the Galaxy W (Galaxy Mega 2 7-inch) phone will be exclusive available on SK Telecom in South Korea in near future. Moreover, it was got certified by TENAA.
New Samsung Galaxy W comes with the odd form factor as smartphone that could be an oversized phone. The upcoming device brings Phoneblet UX (also similar known as the Multi-Window) that offers a landscape mode and split-screen function. Like recently Samsung-products, it will have faux leather back that a Galaxy Note 3-like.
Rumor says the SM-G750 phone will pack a massive 7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Inside, there are a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM. Aside 8GB of onboard storage, additional capacity space is a microSD memory card slot. Other rumored features include 8MP rear-facing camera and 2MP camera on the front for selfies.
Samsung Galaxy W ships with the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. Pricing and exact release date of the Samsung Galaxy W have yet to be provided.
