Samsung Intrepid Windows Phone on Sprint

Samsung and Sprint cellular operator announced a new candybar QWERTY phone, Samsung Intrepid.

This Samsung Intrepid is supporting work in networks of CDMA2000 1x EV-DO Rev. A connectivity. It is equipped with 2.5-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels, 3.2-megapixel camera, QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a slot for microSD/microSDHC memory card (up to 32 GB).

The Samsung Intrepid is operates under the Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional operating system. Samsung Intrepid supports a number of branded operator services (Sprint Navigation, Sprint Music Store, Sprint NFL Mobil, etc.), in addition, in its memory has preinstalled software for multiple social networks.

The cost of new Samsung Intrepid is $149.99 at the conclusion of the two-year agreement with Sprint and after a $100 mail-in-rebate. Sales of Samsung Intrepid phone will be beginning on October 11.
