Samsung introduced the first module of 32GB DDR3 RAM

Can you imagine having 32 GB of DDR3 RAM into a single module? That’s what Samsung has presented at a conference that has shown a total solution for designers, server, and for most gamers.

Since long ago, Samsung was already doing this kind of testing DDR3 memories, and have finally managed to get the product. The module 32 GB of RAM DDR3 Samsung equips uses Samsung 50nm 4GB of DDR3 chips each. In this way, Samsung has become the first manufacturer to develop a module to 32GB of DDR3 RAM.

The tests being conducted with these DDR3 RAM that new memories are working with a voltage of 1.35 volts, while the home computers to make 1.5 volts.

Since Samsung claim that their new 32GB DDR3 RAM will increase the performance of the team that carried a 20% relative to current levels, and that energy consumption will be reduced.

Unfortunately, Samsung has not released price of 32GB DDR3 memory and their availability, although we still to see if we can finally mount a supercomputer at home.
