Samsung M3 Station, M2 and C2 Portable HDD
Samsung is soon starting sale its new USB 3.0-supporting external hard drive, the Samsung M2 Portable, the Samsung C2 Portable, and the Samsung M3 Station. All of them are utilized SuperSpeed USB 3.0 connectivity (USB 2.0 backward compatible).
The 2.5-inch Samsung M2 Portable is entry-level external drive and offering up to 1TB of capacity. It is comes in wave-like matte finish with four color options – Brown Black, Mist Gray, Noble Beige, and Clay Orange. New Samsung M2 Portable is expected available this week.
The luxury Samsung C2 Portable will comes in Mystic Gray or Ruby Red color options and has a high-gloss cover. New C2 Portable is a 2.5-inch form factor and can hold up to 1TB in terms of capacity. The premium C2 will bundle with Samsung Drive Manager for backup and data recovery, disk format, etc. The Samsung C2 Portable external HDD will ship next month.
Samsung M3 Station is a 3.5-inch external hard drive and can be 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB capacities. New M3 Station will go on sale in May 2011 and packs in Brown Black or Noble Beige color flavors.
