Samsung PRO Plus 128GB microSD memory card launched, a high-end removable storage

Besides unveiling several smartphones and tablets, Samsung hasn’t forgot about a removable storage. South Korean giant company has recently launched a number of microSD card lineup. They are including the Samsung PRO Plus 128GB microSD card that accompanied by Samsung’s advanced MLC NAND flash solution. This card will join the existing 32GB and 64GB versions that introduced back in May 2015.

This high-end microSD card promises read and write transfer speeds of up to 95 MB/s and 90 MB/s, respectively. So, the high transfer speeds will make the memory card is perfectly to fulfil the needs of those who record lots of 4K video. The 128GB microSD is capable to store a maximum of 10,940 photos or 30,670 MP3 songs. It is also able to record up to three hours and 50 minutes of 4K UHD video. In Full HD video, owners of action camera can capture moments for 16 hours and 20 minutes.

Well, company says the new PRO Plus 128GB microSD mmory card is designed to handle storing and transferring professional-grade photos as well as 4K UHD video recording and playback. It features the MLC NAND flash memory and UHS-I Speed Class 3 (U3) paired with Speed Class 10 support.

On exterior part, the Samsung PRO Plus 128GB microSD card fits waterproof (IEC 60529, IPX7) and temperature proof. It is also X-ray proof and magnetic proof protection. This memory card is also getting a 10 year limited warranty.

Speaking on price, Samsung PRO Plus 128GB microSD memory card will land on market at costs $199.99. It would be available in more than 50 countries around the world such as China, Europe, Korea, US, and other regions.
