Samsung R590 Multimedia Notebook on Sale in Australia, UK

Samsung has brings its new multimedia notebook in Australia and the UK, called the Samsung R590. The notebook is more powerful than previous model, the Samsung R580.

The Samsung R590-JS02UK is currently available at Amazon UK for priced at £809 (about $1,247), while the Samsung R590-JS02AU can be purchased at JB HI-Fi for cost of AUD$1,298 (around $1,152). It is coming in a blue gradation finish and pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

New Samsung R590 notebook is powered by a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-450M processor, a 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT330M dedicated graphics, 500GB hard drive, and 4GB of DDR3 memory.

The R590 laptop is sports a 15.6-inch LED-backlit glossy display with resolution of 1366×768 pixels, a DVD writer, 1.3 megapixel web camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi, stereo speakers, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, 3-in-1 card reader, VGA, four USB ports (one eSATA/USB combo), an ExpressCard slot, HDMI, and a 6-cell 4400mAh battery.
