Samsung Series 3 Chromebox, new white exterior design

Samsung has quietly redesigned of its desktop Chrome OS based computer, the Samsung Series 3 Chromebox (XE300M22-B01US). It is basically similar to the previously version, the XE300Mww-A01US but comes with a new exterior design. The new Samsung Chromebox has a shiny new plastic case with rounded corners and simple design.

New Samsung Series 3 Chromebox boasts a 1.9GHz Intel Celeron B840 processor, Intel HD graphics, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and 16GB SSD. A new white Chromebox desktop PC has 2W mono speaker and headset jack.

In term of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Ethernet LAN, six USB 2.0 ports, one DVI port, and two display ports. It haven’t VGA port but sold the dongle sold separately.

Dimensions of Chromebox are 7.5 x 7.5 x 1.28 inches (W x D x H) and weighs 2.64 lbs.

The Samsung Series 3 Chromebox (XE300M22 – B01UK) is now available in the UK, while the XE300M22-B01US is not yet clear when go on sale in the US.
